Kobayashi Travel Service is in the business of providing safe and pleasant transportation and tour services to our guests. Our family of companies include both in-bound and out-bound tour operations, a tour bus company and a tour wholesale division.

  • LUGGAGE DRIVER (P/T)
    Division: Polynesian Hospitality


    Transport luggage and other items over specified route; able to work flexible morning schedule and lift up to 70 lbs.; Must be 19 years old with two years of driving history. Willing to train. Starting Rate $8.50 + tips. Please provide driver abstract

  • OFFICE CLERK/RESERVATION (P/T)
    Division: Polynesian Hospitality


    Take service orders from agents via the telephone -Ask agents for information such as date of service, customer’s name, pick up time, routing, and etc. and record them on order form Make changes to service orders that have been placed -Talk with agents via the telephone to either make changes such as head counts, type of vehicle and etc. or cancel a service order that has been placed Input service orders into the computer and print a report to verify the accuracy of the information entered Call agents to reconfirm orders that are faxed Provide customer service such as answering questions concerning schedules, reservations, types of vehicle and/or give information concerning service orders via the telephone Receive complaints concerning service rendered and refer complaints of service to designated individual for investigation. Bill agents for services rendered via invoicing (substitute Billing Clerk on his/her day off) -Verify number of service hours, type of vehicle used, passenger count and etc. CLERICAL DUTIES: Calculate drivers’ tip and employees’ work hours by pay period for compensation Scan documents such as drivers’ trip sheets into computer for storage Input drivers’ name and vehicle number into the computer system for analysis Calculate types of vehicle utilized for services rendered Answer telephone calls and convey messages This is a Part Time position. Willing to train.

    Stack & Move Luggage to a desired location. Line up luggage according to Departure. Assist Airport staff in Arrivals. Starting pay is $10.00
